Hello! My name is Rita and I am an artist. I have been teaching art classes to students for over 12 years. My love for drawing and painting began when I was a child. As the years went by, I continued pursuing this interest, creating artwork using various media—including oil paint, acrylic paint, and charcoal. I am happily married and am a mother of two children. I was born in India, and brought up abroad. My Dad was an architect and engineer, and because of his work projects, my family and I moved to Kenya, and later Bahrain. I have been residing in the United States for over 29 years. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University. I love and enjoy teaching students art and have a passion for painting. You can view a few of my paintings below.
